Garbage is a consequence of human activities. As the population increases and economic growth nowadays, most municipal waste management still creates problems that are difficult to control. To reduce the volume of waste and make the waste produce rupiah value, it must be managed by the community through a waste bank program. With the existence of a waste bank, it is expected to increase income for the academic community of STIEAD Jakarta and the surrounding community.
Data analysis methods include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is carried out descriptively. Financial analysis processes data using financial feasibility criteria, namely NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period. While non-financial analysis includes technical aspects of market aspects, management aspects, economic aspects, social and environmental aspects. The data processing is carried out based on the framework of thought that has been compiled. In addition, a sensitivity analysis was also conducted to look at the sensitivity of waste management businesses in the face of possible changes.The business of establishing a Waste Bank in the STIEAD Jakarta environment is feasible based on market aspects, technical aspects, legal and institutional aspects and environmental, economic and social aspects. The business of establishing a waste bank based on financial aspects is feasible to be carried out in the calculation of Nett Present Value (NPV) of 2,638,774> 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 9,089> 9, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C) of 1,095 > 1 and Payback Period (PBP) for 8 years and 6 months
